Hello, Im Sally. I started Dot Dot Bakery in 2023, when my passion for baking for family and friends turned into an ambition to combine a love for seasonal desserts and cakes into artistic creations.

My love for dessert and flavour has always been at the heart of my business. My menu changes seasonally reflecting my excitement for new flavour combinations. Turning delicious well balanced desserts into layer cakes. I love to recipe test all of my flavours to make sure that they taste as good as they sound and look!
